Cumiada Alta

It is located near Pico Ruivo and a short distance from the famous column of basaltic rocks known as the Homem em Pé. It is over 1700 meters above sea level and is one of the few places where the rare Pyrus Aucuparia and Bunium brevifolium, two rare species of Madeiran flora, have been found.
