Housing cooperative constituted in Funchal in 1901 that built the houses between Rua do Favila and the Ribeiro Seco promenade and bridge.
’. It was constituted by deed of 12 December 1901, its statutes having been approved at a session of the general assembly on 23 September 1900.
It was this society that had the buildings between Rua do Favila and the promenade and bridge of Ribeiro Seco (‘dry brook’) built. The plan and layout of the first houses erected there were approved by the Municipal Council of Funchal at its session of 10 October 1903.
