Notes the two Selaginellaceae species found in Madeira: the naturalised Selaginella kraussiana and the common native S. denticulata.
These vascular cryptogams are represented in Madeira by the following species: Selaginella kraussiana and S. denticulata. The first is a naturalised plant; the second is native and very common almost everywhere.
