Santana e Vasconcelos (Manuel de)
Funchal municipal administrator (1798–1851) and author of works including a history of Robert Kalley's Protestant proselytism in Madeira.
He was born in Funchal in 1798 and died in that city on 23 February 1851. He held the post of municipal administrator (administrador do concelho, the government's representative) and wrote Clamor aos madeirenses (Lisbon, 1835) and Revista histórica do proselitismo anti-catholico na ilha Madeira pelo dr. Roberto Reid Kalley, medico escocez, desde 1838 até hoje (Funchal, 1845).
