Presado (João Maria de Santiago)

João Maria de Santiago Presado was civil governor of Madeira from 1912 and was returned unopposed as deputy for Madeira in 1920.

By decree of 17 February 1912 he was appointed Civil Governor of Madeira, taking office on 4 April of the same year.

In February 1920 he was declared deputy for Madeira without an election, having been the only candidate for the seat, which was then vacant.
