A fishing device consisting of an iron hoop to which a net of wire or twine is attached, forming a shallow bag. Two wires cross over the hoop, and the bait is threaded onto them. A rope used to handle the device is tied to the iron hoop by three thinner branch lines and a small wooden rod.
