Madeiran inventor praised in American newspapers for mechanical and electrical inventions patented in several European countries.
Some years ago, several North American newspapers wrote about this Madeiran at some length and with great praise for his discoveries, particularly in the field of mechanics and electricity; he obtained a number of ‘patents of invention’ for these inventions in various European countries. The latest news of him that we have come across was published in the Madeiran periodical O Jornal (‘The Newspaper’) of 26 February 1932, which carries a detailed and interesting article about him.
