Jaca brava (Grapsus marmoratus)
A common shore crab of the archipelago living in the intertidal zone and used as fishing bait.
A decapod brachyuran crustacean, common along the shores of the islands of the archipelago. It prefers to live in the zone between high-water and low-water marks, and is sought after as bait for certain species of fish.
