Dr Carlos José Barata Pinto Feio, civil governor of Funchal for a few weeks in 1918.
He was appointed civil governor of Funchal by decree of 18 December 1917 and took office on the day he arrived on this island, 5 February 1918.
He left for Lisbon on 12 March of the same year and shortly afterwards requested to be relieved of his post.
