Falcão

The Falcão was the first steamer to run regular services between ports on Madeira's south coast, arriving in Funchal in 1881 for Blandy Brothers & Co.

It was the first steamer to run regular voyages between various ports on the south coast of Madeira. It arrived at the port of Funchal on 27 February 1881. It was a vessel of 40 tons and 22 horsepower, ordered by the firm of Blandy Brothers & C.ª
