Cunha (João Severo)
Funchal-born engineering colonel, president of Lisbon city council under Pimenta de Castro, and author of technical works.
He was born in Funchal on 6 November 1856. He is a colonel of engineers and was president of the Lisbon Municipal Council under the political regime of Pimenta de Castro. Besides his contributions to several reviews, he published Espessura das abobadas, 1895, Estudos sobre abobadas, 1897, and
